Role:
Sales In charge at territory level

Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Organizational skills , Product Development in the Field, Sales Planning & Execution, Channel Partner Management, Market Intelligence & Expansion, Contract Team Mgmt, IT Application skills, Crisis Management Skills, Analytical Skills and Marketing coordination Skills, Inclination towards individual customer contact programs
Accountable/ Deliverables:
- Responsible for Sale, Collection & GC, Debtor control & old debts collection, liquidation of inventory for the product sold to minimize or stop sales returns, etc. for the territory
- Responsible for marketing campaigns in the territory to increase the market share
- Responsible for enhancing reach and penetration of product in the territory
- Market Intelligence
- Motivate the field staff and Conduct jeep companions, field demos, farmer meeting etc.
- Achieving the sales & product promotion & market development in given area
- Procured and generated the orders from the market
- Conducted various surveys for effectiveness of the products in the actual agricultural field
- Launched new schemes for sub dialers V distributors
- Complaint handling
- Looked after various requirements of government agriculture departments
- Identification and appointment of new dealers, expansion and network rationalization
- Liasoning with govt. agencies and universities
Qualification/Required Skills Set
Minimum Education:
B.Sc.(Agri.) / B.Sc.(Horti.)
Minimum Experience:
5 years
