Accountable/ Deliverables:
  • Responsible for Sale, Collection & GC, Debtor control & old debts collection, liquidation of inventory for the product sold to minimize or stop sales returns, etc. for the territory
  • Responsible for marketing campaigns in the territory to increase the market share
  • Responsible for enhancing reach and penetration of product in the territory
  • Market Intelligence                                                                                                                                             
  • Motivate the field staff and Conduct jeep companions, field demos, farmer meeting etc.
  • Achieving the sales & product promotion & market development in given area
  • Procured and generated the orders from the market
  • Conducted various surveys for effectiveness of the products in the  actual agricultural field
  • Launched new schemes for sub dialers  V distributors
  • Complaint handling
  • Looked after various requirements of government agriculture departments
  • Identification and appointment of new dealers, expansion and network rationalization
  • Liasoning with govt. agencies and universities

Qualification/Required Skills Set
 
Minimum Education:

B.Sc.(Agri.) / B.Sc.(Horti.)

 
Minimum Experience:
5 years
 
Level of Complexities:
Medium
